If you haven’t already seen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, then odds are you’re probably going to see it in the next few weeks — and to that, I can only say, "I’m sorry." But the good news is that a new month is around the corner, so there will be a ton of new movies and television shows showing up on Netflix and Amazon to help you forget those punishing two-and-a-half hours and bury them deep in the confines of repressed memory. Even better? The definitive film portrayal of Batman is among them.
I’m talking, of course, about Michael Keaton’s 1989 take on the character in Tim Burton’s Batman, which is landing on Amazon Prime Video on April 1st. (It’s currently on Netflix, but now all your bases should be covered.) Building on the nostalgia vibe, Amazon Prime is also getting Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and it’s also launching the first season of Thunderbirds are Go! on April 15th.
